Each month, I offer four weekly qigong classes (Mondays + Wednesdays in-person / Tuesdays + Fridays via zoom) that are aligned with the season according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. For example, in summer, we focus more on purging heat, anxiety, and restlessness from the heart, and cultivating relaxation and inner peace.
