Embrace the spirit of Spring with this multifaceted fun and engaging workshop!
You’ll learn the benefits of incorporating fresh herbs into your life, and how to plant, care for, preserve, and use a variety of herbs. Everyone will create and take home their own herb garden!
To help you go with the flow physically, mentally, and emotionally, you’ll also be guided through a mindful movement practice (*qigong), acupressure, and meditation. *Qigong (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines mindful movement, breath, and intention to promote overall balance and harmony. For reference, tai chi is the most well-known style of qigong.
This workshop is great for beginners and experts alike – no green thumb nor qigong experience required.
