5-Element + Immunity Qigong (Online via Zoom)

Our autumn routine focuses on boosting immunity by nourishing the lungs. Learn to release grief, sorrow, and sadness, and cultivate courage, inspiration, and integrity. We’ll incorporate a 5-element qigong practice for full mind,-body balance.

Qigong is an ancient mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as "energy yoga". Practice self-care by slowing down, focusing your attention inward, and leave feeling refreshed and with a greater sense of peace.

We do new routines each month, and classes are suitable for beginners and experts alike.

$12/person.
