A perfect gift to enjoy with your mother or for yourself! We will start the day with an easy energizing 30 minute Qigong session led by Sarah Karp, MQP. From there we will break into groups and each group will have hand massages with Melissa Davis, LMT, learn basic self-acupressure healing techniques with Sarah Karp and attend group readings with Anne-Marie Revello, CRMT (each group will do all three activities).

While guests are in between these activities we will also have a table set up to color your own mandalas and guests can take turns trying out some relaxation time on our amethyst Biomat!

We'll have tea and snacks on hand and the afternoon will end with a brief guided meditation from Anne-Marie. We'll have drawings for gifts (each guest will receive a gift), handmade pottery by Melissa, Sugar Scrubs by Sarah or Bath Salts or Aromatherapy Sprays by Anne-Marie. $65 per person.
