Winter to Spring Transitions: Evening Qigong Flow (Zoom)

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as "energy yoga". Qigong isn’t your average workout. This is a space for deep transformation and healing. When you practice qigong, you’re practicing self-love and learning to heal yourself (truly from the inside out).

Qigong flows are created to aid seasonal healing according to the Five Elements Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine. During our March routine, we’re working through the energy of transitions from winter to spring. For winter, we’ll keep supporting the kidneys (your foundational energy source). For spring, we’ll focus on healing the liver, supporting the energies of growth and expansion.

We do 2 different routines each month via zoom (Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings), and classes are suitable for beginners and experts alike.

Cost:

  • $24 per class

  • *Receive a discount for unlimited monthly classes for $144.

  • *When you sign up for the 3-month unlimited classes package ($425), you receive the recordings of both routines for each month.

  • *These discounted prices are for the Tuesday and Friday zoom classes only. The Monday in-person classes are separate.

Pay by 6:45pm on Tuesday, and you will receive an email with the zoom details to join.
