Qigong: Transitioning Seasons (Online via Zoom)

During this month’s qigong routine to aid the transition from winter to spring, we’ll boost immunity, longevity, and resilience.

Qigong is an ancient mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as "energy yoga". Practice self-care by slowing down, focusing your attention inward, and leave feeling refreshed and with a greater sense of peace.

We do new routines each month, and classes are suitable for beginners and experts alike.

$15/person.

Pay by 6:45pm on Tuesday, and you will receive an email with the zoom details to join.
