The energy of Spring is expansion and growth. During this month’s qigong routine, we’ll focus on strengthening the joints and tendons, detoxing/boosting liver health, going with the flow, and continuing to embrace change. The liver's responsible for the smooth flow of not only blood, but also emotions, through the body. It's the organ most affected by stress, and is the body's largest detox organ. Major emotional blockages can be caused by an overactive liver. If your emotions have been weighing you down lately, consider taking this seasonal, transitional time to reinvigorate your spirit and emotions.

Qigong is an ancient mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as "energy yoga". Practice self-care by slowing down, focusing your attention inward, and leave feeling refreshed and with a greater sense of peace.

We do new routines each month, and classes are suitable for beginners and experts alike.

$15/person.
