During this transformational experience, we’ll integrate somatic healing practices with Traditional Chinese Medicine’s (TCM) 5 Elements Theory.
Somatic healing is an integrative practice that focuses on the internal experience of movement rather than its external appearance. "Soma" refers to the body as perceived from within, engaging the mind-body connection to facilitate self-awareness, emotional release, and physical well-being.
In TCM’s 5 Elements Theory, each element corresponds to specific emotions and organs. Connect with your inner emotional landscape by transforming your emotions:
Anxiety/joy + the heart (Fire)
Worry/grounded + the spleen (Earth)
Grief/inspiration + the lungs (Metal)
Fear/wisdom + the kidneys (Water)
Anger/compassion + the liver (Wood)
Harmonize body and mind through guided practices such as breathwork, movement, qigong, meditation, and more. By the end of this experience, you will:
Gain practical tools for ongoing emotional regulation + release
Develop a deeper connection to your physiological and emotional health
Enhance self-awareness
Improve physical well-being
