This is the first in a series of monthly workshops focused on nourishing and healing the chakras (energy centers) with Anne-Marie Revello, CRMT and Sarah Karp, MQT.

The root chakra is associated with the life themes of survival, physical well being, home, finance, grounding and manifestation.

In this workshop, we will:

• Discuss the root chakra and its associations and how to tell if it's out of balance

• Anne-Marie will provide root chakra readings for each participant

• Discuss foods that support the root chakra

• Make a dish for everyone to share (recipes will be provided)

• Sarah will lead the group in a few easy qigong movements to help clear the root chakra.
