**Join me on 6/25 (Sat.) @ 1-2pm (updated time) for "Healing with Qigong: Mindful Movement, Breath, and Intention"**

What is Qigong? It's an ancient Chinese martial arts that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness.

I'm also offering qigong demos all weekend and specials on my healing services. My sister is selling her stunning artwork and jewelry!

This festival is two days full of qigong (yay!), yoga, live music, drum circles, lectures, workshops, yummy food, and a ton of other amazing vendors!
